Orders and Shipping

Since all of our orders are made-to-order with exact measurements, it usually takes 10 days for preparation, plus or minus a few days. Once it’s shipped out, it will take about 10-15 days to arrive, depending on your location.

If you need to update your delivery address, you can do so by sending us an email at sales@jacspo.com or updating us through our live chat widget. Please keep in mind that once your order is out for delivery, we will not be able to change the address.

Your product status will be visible on your dashboard and you will receive an email with a tracking ID once your product has shipped. One of our agents will also stay in touch with you via your preferred social media app (such as WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.) for updates.

We don’t have access to your credit card information because your payment processing is done by Paypal and Stripe. So, you don’t need to worry about your card details.

We ship to any countries that we’re able to process payments from – if you can access our website from your location, it means we deliver to your country!

If you order more than one product, they will come in separate packages unless you place your orders within 10 days of each other. If we see that you have placed multiple orders from the same address, we will contact you for further details.

We’re sorry but we do not accept returns if you’ve simply changed your mind – however, if your product is faulty or not the size you ordered, we will happily replace it free of charge and help you in any way we can.

The product is checked multiple times and a picture is sent to you for approval before shipment, so there is no chance of receiving the wrong order. However, if something does happen, we’ll replace the product and assist you.

We take the necessary precautions to ensure your product is safe during shipping, but in the event that something does happen, we will assist you and send you a new order.

You will be given the necessary details if you are authorized to make a return.
